Ok. maybe it's the ONLY chinese food in downtown LG, but I'd still rate it tops if there were others. The food was tasty. I had the war wonton soup, chowmein, and green beans. ...

Worst

Bad, bad food. Not fresh. Tasted old. Very expensive for the poor quality. Too much celery, bell pepper in all the dishes. Disappointing Los Gatos has a bad chinese restaurant.

Diamond in the Rough 9/29/2005

The first two things people noteably look for in a restaurant is price then atmosphere. The price was right at about $7-9/dish for Upscale LG with a good atmosphere of music and ambiance to lure you in. The next two things people look for is food and service. The food was excellent, not salty, no MSG, and the service was outstanding w/ water and soda refills without asking. I'm going back. Pros: Valet parking, Clean, Good w/ kids more

Good food 8/28/2005

Wasn't as plentiful as some of the other reviews, but it wasn't tiny either. Kung Pao Chicken is not what you usually expect - this is a good dish, but it's not Kung Pao. Service was good, servers were friendly. more

Outstanding Service 2/26/2004

I've been going to Jasmine all my life. Definitely the best chinese food i've ever been to. What prompted me to write a review on them is that they went above and beyond what a restaurant would do. They not only treat me like I was a King, but they treat my family the same when my kids go there to eat. Pros: Service, Tangerine Chicken, "The Love" more

Excellent and Homey 1/30/2003

Overall I had a good experience at this Chinese restaurant. My grandfather lives in Los Gatos, and I live in Millbrae, so I don't know my way around the area all too well. He told me there was this little chinese restaurant that he had to take me to, and when I was there, I was impressed. I would definitely go there again. Pros: Large portions, Inexpensive, Good Parking Cons: Wine selection, No Deserts more
