Jarrett Ford-Mercury-Lincoln

I went to this dealer on 1/21/14 to have my oil changed and check why my cigar lighter was no working. they told me it would be one hour. after two hours I asked what the hold up was and they told me they were waiting for a fuse to be delivered. I was shocked that a ford dealer does not stock fuses for a ford product. I told them to forget the fuse and that I would put it in myself. I drove one block to auto plus auto parts and paid $1.00 for the fuse and they put it in for free. ford charged me $34.18 to put the fuse in and left it on my invoice. they have a good price for oil changes and then present everyone with a big list of repairs that need to be done to keep your vehicle safe. this service department are all crooks and I advise you to stay away or get ripped off big time. more

Jarrett keeps trying to take advantage of my 90 year old Grandma. My Grandma drives her car (she bought at Jarrett) about 250 miles per year. About 4 or 5 years ago, she went to Jarrett to get an oil change on her car that had 15,000 miles on it (almost like new!), and while she was there, they told her she should buy a new car......so she did!
