I bought my daughter an ankle bracelet and a pair of earrings for a total of $500. Within weeks, the ankle bracelet fell apart and they claimed that since we didn't buy an ""extended warranty"" (on jewelry? come on!) they were not responsible. After paying to fix it twice, the ankle bracelet fell into pieces and they did nothing. The earrings, which she has worn a total of 10 times, lost diamonds the first time she wore them; they wanted to charge her to fix them. The diamonds fell out again, and after constant arguments with the rude and obnoxious salespeople and supposed ""manager"" who sounds like a flunky, they fixed it as if they were doing us a favor. The earrings were fixed four times in a year and finally fell apart. They are totally rude, could care less, and refuse to give us a credit -- only say (again after hours of arguments with a bunch of morons) that ""jewelry is delicate and we should have bought the warranty."" Yes, jewelry that is made like garbage certainly is delicate. I am pursuing this with customer service and consumer affairs and will go as high as I have to. They shouldn't be in business with their seedy merchandise and worse customer service.
Cons: Cheaply made overpriced merchandise; rude salespeople; non-existent customer service
