Excellent service as usual 3/7/2016

Took my 2001 Toyota Sienna in for oil change, transmission fluid check, wheel alignment, tire balancing, and check a weird sound coming from front left wheel. They couldn't find the weird sound, but for some odd reason, the sound went away. I'm going to assume they scared the car, so it stopped making the sound. And unlike other dealerships, they checked the transmission fluid and told me that it did not need changing. Other dealerships would have just changed the fluid and charged me for it. I had asked Japanese Connection to do the wheel alignment and tire balancing because I took it to my local Firestone, twice, and it still vibrated at 75-80 mph. I have yet to test this, so I will submit another review later. And as usual, they are more than courteous and picked me and my wife from home to pick up the car. And they answer the phones immediately and provided me with feed back on all repairs the next day. Couldn't be happier. I rely on Japanese Connection for all my cars, and probably always will. more

Great Service, Friendly Staff 10/31/2014

The staff took the extra time and effort to find a used replacement part from a reputable company that gave a warranty on the part. This saved $100's over a new part. I am very grateful for their help. more

Honest, trustworthy, quality service 10/6/2014

Took my car in because Firestone said my rubber boots around my suspension were all cracked. Also to check brakes that seem to require a heavy foot. Japanese Connection said that my suspension was fine, nothing wrong, and that my brake and power steering fluid was dark. Had them replaced and my brakes and my wallet feel a whole lot better. more

Friendly staff, great services, reasonable price 9/13/2014

My wife and I took our automobile in for serviceing and found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. The work performed was professional and reasonably priced. We were so pleased with the service, we have decided to take all of ote vehicles to the Japanese Connection for services and repairs. Kudos to Rob and Ron!!!! more
