Steering Pump & Transmission Service 1/23/2014

The Motec staff performed beyond my expectations and more importantly, took the time to explain the services that I needed for my Lincoln both now and in the near future. Debbie is the best when it comes to Customer Service. Sean, and the other mechanic (whose name I don't remember) are easy to work with and very professional. This is an excellent auto service business that others in the area need to measure up to. Finally, Debbie, very graciously provided a substantial discount on my auto services and I cannot thank her enough for it! more

First, they are honest. I have been with them for a few years. They never push any service you don't need. Second, they care about your car and make sure the job is done right. Owner or staff gave me ride when I needed it, so convenient. more

Stands By Warranty 1/7/2014

Excellent Service at Motec 11/21/2013

I had my car towed to Motec. The problem with it was diagnosed and fixed by the next day. They did a great job, it runs really well and they were polite, honest and professional all the time. I highly recommend Motec for your car repair. more

intermittent high idle 10/9/2013

Honest, Detailed, and A Great Price! 9/24/2013

Debbie, the owner of Motec, operates her business with a high-level of integrity and is always willing to have her tech's explain and show you every detail of what is going on with your car. Her waiting room is spacious and clean -a great place to relax or get your own work done while you wait. She told me how much it would cost to replace my brakes and was able to order the parts and install them in exactly the amount of time and for the cost she told me up front. No surprises at Motec, just great service! more

MOTEC is Honest and Convenient for those who work in Mira Mesa and Sorrento Valley 9/20/2013

Where do I start? First of all, the initial phone call was immediately answered and the woman could not have been more friendly. It was a Thursday at 10AM or so and I felt like I was catered to exclusively. This is the kind of attention you want when you are bummed about car troubles. Next, I had my car towed there with problems that were serious enough to expect a large bill. I had driven the car hot (gauge near "H" a few times) for nearly a month. MOTEC told me it was a thermostat. It fixed everything and it was less than $140. This is the most honest and friendly auto service I've ever experienced and I would recommend them to anyone. more

Fair & Friendly Car Repair 9/11/2013

I am very happy with the service and work that MOTEC Auto Care provided. I took my Mercedes in to have the brakes looked at. I dropped it off in the morning, and the car was diagnosed and the work completed that afternoon. Debbie is great!!! Her technician did an awesome job, and the price was fair and much less than if I had taken it somewhere else. I highly recommend MOTEC Auto Care!! Dave M. more
