A friend turned me on to this shop after his experiences over many years.... so I took a chance and had the front CV axles replaced. Nice price and quick work. Today 2 1/2 years...

Integrity, Character and High Technical Standards at Affordable Costs 2/23/2012

This is my story of connection and commitment to Japanese Autocare of Lynnwood. My car had broken down in Lynnwood and AAA was told to take it to Greg's Japanese Auto, the manager there told me I had a blown engine and was looking at replacement costs of $5000, I was in shock, Eight the AAA driver told me to get another evaluation. We took it to Japanese Auto it cost $600 to repair, it was not a blown engine. My Miata has been running beautifully ever since with regular maintenance through Japanese Autocare. I rate this company 5 stars. more

I Trust This Auto Shop 8/26/2011

A friend turned me on to this shop after his experiences over many years.... so I took a chance and had the front CV axles replaced. Nice price and quick work. Today 2 1/2 years later the axles started to make noise again so I went back and asked what I could do. They said " must have been bad parts, bring it in in two days...... brought it in this morning and had the car back in 4 hrs NO CHARGES at all ! Now that's someone who stands behind their work! Can't Beat Them 8/17/2011

For price, quality of work, and standing behind that work, JACI are unbeatable. I've referred many friends here as well and have heard nothing but great things. They are not slick and super professional in the way they communicate, which is fine since what they do--deliver great service at unbeatable prices--they do without peer. more

Golden Service 6/28/2011

This is by far the best and most trustworthy auto shop I have ever used, I've been going there for over 7 years and they always do top quality work at a very reasonable price! I can't say enough about their level of SERVICE which is so lacking at most auto shops. They don't just tell you you need service to make a buck, they only tell you to fix something because it really needs fixing. more

Trusthworthy, reliable, and honest 8/23/2010

I have been going to Japanese Auto Care for many years now, and they are definitely a place I trust. As a girl, we need to be cautious about mechanics that lie....these guys tell the truth. I have even brought my car there right after it had died and restarted again, and they did a test on it for free to find the problems. I also have headlights that are hard to replace, as you have to take out a few parts in the engine, and they did this for free, when I did not have any other services done. I trust Japanese Auto Care and HIGHLY recommend them..... more

Their prices is less then their competitors while their knowledge appears to be greater. I have never been so pleased with my auto service as I have with these guys. more

Best Mechanics Ever! 7/13/2009

Rest easy if you take your car to Japanese Auto Care, they do a great job, prices are fair and they have a very reliable reputation. I have several friends and family members that have been going there for years... I just wish we had known about it sooner! more

Great care for my 03 nissan 12/30/2008

These guys do a great job. Very fair prices and quailty service. I stopped by with a quick question one day and after some wrenching on my brake system -- problem solved for free! Only downside is normally need an appointment. But much quicker than car dealer or other places. more

Great Servoce 10/4/2008

Honest, timely, polite, and reasonably priced. They are great bout talking me out of service I don't need. They've also be great bout finding good used parts for older cars. They've serviced Subarus, Hondas, an Isuzu and now my Prius. more

Japanese Auto 5/24/2006

I've used Japanese Auto up in Lynnwood and they did a good job. I did a 60K mile tune-up on my 2000 Nissan Frontier truck and they had a very reasonable price. more
