Japan Auto Repair Specialists has done major and minor maintenance repair for me. They have done the 60 and 70 thousand mile oil change and maintenance and anything else that has needed to be done. The last time I went in there was for a major tune up which included rotating the tires and checking all the filters. They do the job, and they get it done when I need it. I have been going there for awhile, at least a couple of years, and I am happy with their service. When I take the car in and they say it will be done in the afternoon, in the afternoon it is ready. It is not like I am waiting until 5 or 6. They call when it is done, and they make it easy. I like that they are efficient enough to get the job done in a timely manner. more

I was visting friends in San Rafael during a road trip from Mexico to Seattle. The water pump on my 1989 Landcruiser FJ62 stopped working on an exit ramp off Highway 101. My friends recommended Kenzo's shop and they did a super job. No delay, the work was top notch and I didn't feel ripped off. I'm in Seattle, but if I lived closer, I'd always take my car there. more

Kenzo and his team of Honda repair specialist are top notch in knowledge and service. I completely trust them as they will never ask you to complete any unnecessary service on your vehicle. Japan Auto Repair Specialists is the best shop to use. I have been taking my cars there for 10 years for everything from routine maintenance to repairs, and have had nothing but good service from them. They always do the work correctly the first time, so you never have to worry about the car stalling when you leave their shop. You pay for what you get at Japan Auto.
