I'm always pleased with my poodle Sophia after she comes back from Jan's. They're very kind and understanding toward her, and I'm comfortable leaving her there unsupervised. She has never had any nicks or cuts, and always smells and looks great. The staff is always friendly and the price is very reasonable. I always get compliments from family and friends, even from strangers, after taking her to Jan's! more
