We went here at 2:00 pm on a Monday afternoon. The restarurant was dark inside but when we approached the door a young man asked us if we wanted to sit inside or outside. We chose inside. The lights were turned on immediately for us and beautiful soothing music began playing. . It was pleasant enough. The food was fantastic. We ordered one order of salad fatoush which was enough for both of us. My companian ordered the makaneq sandwich, which he said was fantastic, with vegetables and a super garlicky hummus. Because I did not know at that time that Janna Cafe uses Halal meat I chose 2 vegetarian sandwiches: the falafel , which was fresh, homemade, and delicious and came with a side of torshi (turnip pickles), and the labneh sandwich , also delicious, served with a generous side of Arabic cucumbers.
Pros: Great food, low prices, fast friendly service.
