I had wanted to take yoga classes for years and finally got up the nerve to drop by Jane?s Yoga House. I was instantly hooked. Robin and her team of teachers are all extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Jane?s environment is so welcoming, in fact, that the experience quickly evolved from an ?exercise? class to my ?sanctuary? from life?s everyday stresses. On a physical level, I have regained much of the flexibility I had lost of the years and it happened pretty quickly. The beauty of yoga is that you don?t realize how much work you?re actually doing until you start to notice toned upper arms! There are a wide variety of classes and activities to hold my interest. It is a safe, no-pressure haven in which to learn the ancient art of yoga. Jane?s makes yoga accessible for everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, etc. I?ve made many new friends there and look forward to my classes each week which is something I could never say about an ?exercise? class before.
