Jane's Due Process is the ONLY statewide organization that helps girls under 18 make their own reproductive decisions, by providing direct legal services and helping girls obtain a judicial bypass. The bypass is required for girls who wish to get an abortion without being required to notify a parent. Many of these teens face abusive home lives and telling a parent would place their lives or well-being in jeopardy. Jane's has a confidential hotline that is operated 24 hours a day, and all its services are free. Jane's never asks clients for their full names or phone numbers, and they never call you unless you ask them to and give them a safe time and place to do it.
