Janal's did all the flowers for my daughter's wedding 2 weeks ago. Their designer Stephanie was instrumental helping us plan to maximize our flowers yet minimize the price. She offered us price and flower options on every arrangement, cheerfully accomodated several late changes and additions and the final price was at least 1/2 of what several retail florists quoted. On wedding day the table flowers were deliverd to the venue at the right time while a second delivery was made to where pictures were being taken in a timely manner---all fresh. The bouquets were very full---janal's was generous with the flowers they used in both the arrangements and bouquets. No reservations here---we will definitely use Janal's in the future and are recommending them to friends. more

I went to a florists to get pricing for the flowers for my wedding and was shocked ($85 for a bouquet with 6 flowers in it!!!), so I decided to check out the local wholesale flower places in San Antonio. I think, by far, Travis is the most popular, but I was EXTREMELY disappointed when I went there. It was like pure chaos! There ways junk every where, no order to the layout, and the back of the store looked like someone's messy garage!!! As for the flowers, they had almost no selection and the few varieties they did have were wilted, small, or just generally unhealthy looking. I walked out without buying a thing and then zipped right around the corner to Janal. I always price shop- Continuously Janal's is higher on their price than other similar ""wholesale"" suppliers. For instant- Battery operated tea lights at Janal's pack of 12 sells for $26.00 and at Travis Wholesale right around the corner pack of 20 sells for $26.75. Just check around before you buy large quantities for events! Pros: They do have a nice selection Cons: You will pay more! more

I had the bright idea of doing the flowers for my wedding myself. I went in with a small clue of what I wanted and Alice helped pull some variety and height into my arrangements. Everyone there was very patient and helpful. The flowers were there on time and in great shape. Pros: Great Friendly Service and quality flowers Cons: Parking is tricky more

I would not recommend Janal's. I had a bad experience with this store. I will not use order flowers or arrangements from Janal's again. Cons: Bad service more
