How this piece of crap store has stayed in business for 20 years is baffling. Someone must have inherited grandma's money to keep it rolling. The place looked like a bomb went off . Crap merchandise and the staff are the biggest A Holes on the planet. Especially, ""Louise"" or ""luis"" he will definitely correct you. Overpriced merch and no one knows nothing about the products. They charge WAYYYYY too much on eveything and won't deal at all. They act insulted that you are actually offering a more than fair price. They have a bad reputation in the Valley and abroad, so my suggestion,,, drive past it more

I have shopped at this business in the past. When you've been in the music business for as many years as I have, you try not to gripe when you need an uncommon speaker having to do with a vintage Hammond organ. I have performed all over the world in a number of bands. Probably the one the public would be most familiar with was Junior Walker and the All Stars. I am not upset for myself. The straw that broke the camel's back was when this business treated my good friends very shabbily. I could not believe that a proprietor would treat a customer so badly. I will never shop there again and I am passing the word along to everyone I know in the music business. Sincere thanks for the opportunity to let the public know how it is. \r \r I'm not sure why this place is in business. In all honesty, they should reconvert to a museum and charge admission. The staff is arrogant. The owner will not give you a good deal, in fact, far from it, since all items are incredibly overpriced to begin with. Don't believe all the hype about a good deal at this place. They may have a lot of items, but they know very little about them when it comes to using them. They know virtually nothing about Soul music and what is required to get a good sound. To say that I was disappointed would be putting it mildly. more

I buy and sell many vintage drum sets. I restore them to perfection and sell on Ebay. I also sell for well known artists. The customer service in this store was laughable. No knowlege of anything in their product line. Uncompetitive pricing. No breaks on volume buying. Probably a front for something because they don't care to sell anything. I came in with an unlimited credit line and only bought a few Ludwig parts. I was prepared to buy a couple of vintage kits but found the service lazy and unresponsive. Never going back. I will laugh when they're forced to liquidate in bankruptcy. By the way, they didn't seem to know anything about vintage guitar products either.., Pros: non Cons: endless, moronic more

I would never buy from these guys! The store is well stocked with certain items, but the customer service is terrible! When I attempted to play a guitar, and possibley purchase, the guy behind the counter wouldn't give me the time of day. I'm a well dressed 46 year old professional and not a snot nosed kid. a pet peeve of mine are retail clerks who think they're doing me a favor if I walk into their store attempting to lay down my hard earned dollars.
