My husband and I have enjoyed Jameson's (in Mt. Prospect) for many year's. Food delicious,service friendly and efficient.However, the last two time's we have been there the food has been disappointing. We were given a gift card so will be going there tonight. Hopefully, food will be as good as we used to enjoy there.P.S. By the way...before the only thing I would have said that needed to be improved is the Blue Cheese dressing. It should be think and creamy, not watery! more

Consistently Excellent! 12/28/2008

We have dined at Jameson's many times over the years and have never had a bad meal. The steaks and fish are always fresh and flavorful. The service is top-notch. We have taken many friends to Jameson's as well and everyone has always fallen in love with this classic steakhouse. Highly recommended! Average steaks at a high price 10/13/2006

We took my parents there expecting a great meal. It was average at best. Outback would have been a better time. The service was okay however I felt the food was overpriced. more

Bad food and horrible customer service 9/8/2006

Just got back from an evening at Jameson's Charhouse in Arlington Heights. Boy, I can't tell you how ripped off I feel. Let's start with the fact that the service was at best deplorable. Our waiter - I'll call him Mr. Clean, was impatient from the start. Yes, I know that the restaurant is busy, but, give people more than two minutes to make up their minds regarding their dinners - none of us (there were 6 in total) had been to the restaurant before. After giving us another couple of minutes, he was back to take the orders. So, we all quickly decided what we wanted so that he could get on with the business of being angry. Very Enjoyable! 11/10/2005

My husband & I are from out of town & were celebrating an anniversary. I searched many restaurants in this area and came upon Jameson Charhouse and saw it's high recommendations. Decided to try it and was not disapointed. The food, ambiance & price was wonderful! We really appreciated the service. Our waiter was very pleasant and attentive. We spoke with a manager before our check came to compliment the experience we had. Have dined here for over 20 years. Food and service is always superb! This is one of the cleanest (if not THE CLEANEST) restaurants in the entire Chicagoland area. Never a disappointment. more
