I have been coming to this clinic for over 20 years.
I moved to Atlanta and we now have a dog. I drove all the way from Atlanta to this clinic because they always treated me and my animals very well.
The Vet who treated my dog that day was wonderful with my pet, great with me and explained everything. I was well pleased and it was worth the 5 hour round trip drive.
I realized I was not given enough medicine to administer for the duration the Vet ordered so I called today to ask if I could have some more prescribed, and some other needs.
""Rachael"" behaved as if she were the owner. She was rude, argumentative, and condescending without provocation. It was obvious she didn't understand my questions and kept on loudly repeating herself as if I were a child, in her frustration. Obviously this woman has serious personality issues. She became very impatient with me and made it known...she refused to let me speak to anyone else or give anyone else a message to call me when I objected to her abusive behavior.
This woman has no interpersonal skills, and doesn't have the sensitivity or seeming intelligence to connect with people or have a true understanding of a customers questions, needs, or what her role is as the businesses representative.
If people upset her that easily and we are that much of an imposition to her, she should go home and yell at her kids and husband.
If she were my employee and I'd dismiss her at once. I hope Isbell Animal Clinic checks these and will contact me so I can apprise them. She has no business representing a company. I highly doubt Isbell Animal Clinic doesn't care about my business.
