I have been practicing law since 1981. Prior to that, I was a real estate sales person between 1977 to 1981. In addition to my experience in the world of real estates sales, I gained valuable transactional law experience when I served as corporate counsel to a large multi-national civil engineering corporation between 1983 to 1989. Since 1989, I have been a sole practitioner initially in Campbell (1981-82, 1989) and then in San Mateo since 1991 to the present. I have trial experience in various areas of the law having tried jury and court trial cases in San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda and Merced County Courts. I have also tried cases in the Northern District U.S. Bankruptcy Court and Worker's Compensation Appeals Board in San Francisco. I have taught Real Estate courses at the Junior College level as well as Business Law, International Law and Landlord Tenant Law for junior college, City University and Peninsula Law School. I have acted as pro tem judge in Mateo County Limited Jurisdiction Courts for Unlawful Detainers about once every other month. I am a member of the local bar association.; Lang:Greek, Spanish. WILLS/TRUSTS/PROBATE
In the areas of probate,wills,estates,I prepare wills and trusts that will avoid probate as well as the durable powers of attorney for health care and property management,trust certifications/modifications/codicils/amendments. I work with estate planners and accountants and address the various issues that arise in estate planning. If probate is necessary,then I represent the estate and proceed with all the court hearings,documents and other matters necessary to transfer the property to their heirs.
