Watch Repair Service 6/21/2011

I commented below on the person saying about there worst service. I have had three things fixed there and they were always perfect. I was recommended by them by two other people and I understand that they do all the time repairs for the Soldiers and Sailors Musuem. Beware of bogus negative reviews. James Douglas Jewelers treated me great!! more

Worst Service 6/16/2011

This jewler took my watch for a simple timing adjustmtent. The first time it came back with more timing issues. After a second time almost five weeks in his hands, the watch was again worse than before. He refused to try a third time and also refused to refund my money. more

selection is great, jeweller terrible 11/18/2007

I went to James Douglas Jewelers in Aug of 2007 (located off of Golden mile highway). They have a nice show room and a night sales woman. I had some work done to one of rings and one of my necklaces. The work was horrible. I have talked with several friends and they all say the same thing. Pros: nice selection, nice sales people Cons: horrible jewlery repair more

I have gone here several times for watch repair, including link removal for a new watch. They're happy to take care of this for me and have the best prices that I've found. They also sell a full range of jewelry - I've browsed and they have a nice selection. more

Unique Jewelry 7/25/2006

I have purchased several jewelry pieces from James Douglas. The service is wonderful and the items are one of a kind. You can stroll through your local mall and look in the jewelry stores and see the same thing in every store. At James Douglas you will find items that you do not see everywhere else.
