I recently purchased a ?07 Equinox from James Corlew Chevrolet/Cadillac in Clarksville Tn. Krista and Michael Sutherland were EXTREMELY professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and very down to earth. There was another gentlemen who was apart of their team who showed me and talk to me about my vehicle prior to me driving off with it. Going through this experience with Krista, Michael, and the other gentlemen, made me feel as though I was adopting their child or purchasing a one of a kind champion bloodline pet. They took such pride in the vehicle and had true concern for me and my wants. They ensured and took the time to get what I wanted, not what vehicles were available on the lot. (Which is was Toyota was trying to do) more

We did take the van there for an oil change, it was cheap-quick and they have a nice waiting area. All said and done, we had a good experiance! more

Of all the dealerships in town, this is the ONLY place I recommend. We had an awesome salesman named Sean that worked and twisted all kinds of corners to give us the deal we demanded for on a used vehicle we liked. We ended up getting the car for the absolute rock bottom price about $4K below the kelly bluebook suggested price. I was even more impressed that for it being a Friday night and the offices were closing everyone was still very friendly and not too pushy trying to hurry and get paperwork pushed through. more

My husband and I recently decided to trade in my car for a truck or SUV. We first went around looking for what we wanted, and settled for a nice Trailblazer at one of the Chevy dealerships in town. They settled a deal and were supposed to get back with us the next day to get all of the paperwork finalized. The next day came around, and they tip toed around the subject saying that they were having issues getting the deal finalized. We waited two days and finally decided to get our down payment back and look at other deals. Upset that the previous car place had gone back on their word, we decided to check out James Corlew. Our sales man ended up being awesome, and we found the perfect vehicle! He was quiet and not pushy at all...let us test drive what seemed like the whole car lot before settling for our truck. The finance manager then made an awesome deal and gave us more on our trade in then we had thought. The next day after work, we were able to go and sign the paperwork and had a brand new truck that was detailed perfectly! Our only hitch was that the truck had come with only one key. After speaking with the manager, they resolved the issue and we drove off happy customers! more

My husband and I only shopped around a little, but we found a good deal on our 2004 mini van. The sales associates did their jobs well and were friendly enough. After going home and thinking about it, we looked on line at thier web site, and saw the same van, but listed for cheaper! We printed it out, and they (of course) gave it to us for the advertised price. We had to replace the tires only 4 months after buying the van. And there is this security device that is still in the van that they should have taken out. They want us to bring the van in, but it takes about an hour to take it off. ( I have 2 kids-an hour wait can be a long time). We did take the van there for an oil change, it was cheap-quick and they have a nice waiting area. All said and done, we had a good experiance! PROS: Good price, nice vehicle. CONS: had to replace tires so soon more
