Wally is a great mechanic, has great employees and is honest too. Each time he works on one of our cars he explains exactly what he needs to do and gives us the used parts he replaces if we ask him to.\r I saw him fix a car and NOT charge someone because the part was less than $3. She thought it was going to cost her plenty. He simply told her, ""tell your friends about us"". \r That's what I am doing here. more

Great Work 3/24/2011

James Auto Truck Repair does great work. I had taken my 1989 Ford truck into 4 different shops to find out and repair an idle problem. No one could repair it and I was told not to waste my money since it was unrepairable. Plus these other shops kept my truck for days to work on it. I took it to James Auto Truck not only did they find the problem they repaired it and had it done in hours. Great job and Great work. I would highly recommend James Auto Truck! more

It's so nice to be able to support a local family run operation. We should all do more of it. You can't go wrong with James Auto - they take care of their customers wth honest and down-to-earth service. Pros: fast, friendly, HONEST service Cons: can't think of one more

Great service and knowledge 7/28/2005

I have been using this shop for a couple years now and the owner, Wally, is very knowlegeable and helpful. It's hard to find a shop that'll take the time to go through everything with the customer, even when they are up to their necks in cars. I fully trust the employees at James Auto to do what's best for me and my car, which is a big piece of mind. Pros: Kind and Curteous Cons: Fairly Busy more
