Jambo Indoor Amusement Park

Clearly, the last reviewer must work for Jambo and took the poor reviews personally. Sadly, it's all true.The attractions are all great- fun rides (the roller coaster is really too fast for kids under 4 or 5 though) a bouncie house, a cute jungle animal theme. But the soft play structure has snags that could easily cause safety hazards. The bounce house has several patches, & the flaps aren't tied down properly in front, in fact my kid did tumble out of it and hit the floor. While the workers were polite, I was told 2 different prices between the hostess & the guy actually taking my money. And they were just standing around. Why not give one of them a bottle of cleaner to clean the bouncie or soft play? It really is just sad because it truley has potential. Just opoor management i guess. I'd love to have my daughters b-day there, but it's just run down. The owners clearly have some money cause they opened a new location on the NW side of PHX. It'd be great if they'd invest a little more in this location. And to the previous reviewer, You don't know that some of us aren't running our own businesses, and some of us are working very hard for our $$, that's why we are picky on where we spend it. I would be thrilled if they'd just fix the place up a little. more

FIRST OF ALL, I don't see any of these people below me running their own business. It's difficult. Todays economy is BS. And when you have to run an indoor amusement park along side something like Amazing Jakes, and still make enough money to get top dollar things? Is difficult. These people REALLY go out of their way to run home and rub their mouth behind a computer screen. Oh, tough guy now. Lol, you're really amusing :) JAMBO PARK is filled with hard workers that are there when scheduled, doing their hardest work and combining as a family, FOR MINIMUM WAGE. I guarantee the people commenting this before me live their worthless lives in some cubicle doing absolutely nothing for a healthy pay check. And just cos you want to save your money for inanimate objects, and take your stupid kids to Jambo, what the hell. It's for cheap thrills. It's not there for the ADULTS to be satisfied, it's for your kids. So stop thinking of yourself for once when you go to a place. You know damn straight your kid would rather be there than in your boring house either way. Be thankful there's somewhere as cheap as Jambo to go to. Just cos you think you run some top notch BS department, and Jambo is so much less than you. Get outta here with that. I would LOVE to see you work at Jambo and see how it really is. Exactly, so don't try to build up this audacity to act tough behind a computer screen to talk about something. That's considered fake lol. Grow up and move on, there are dirtier places other than. I have been taking my family to Jeepers for a few years. My last visit was really the last. Seems like they have less and less employees to run the rides. This means that two rides out of 8 are open at any one time. I have a 3 year old who can't ride all the rides because of his age. There were times that he had to wait 45 minites for a ride to be open.\r \r Every time we go in there the place is more run down and dirty. It's a shame because this place could be fantastic. This place is run down and extremely dirty! The last time that I was there was the last straw. I noticed the soda pop dispenser heads were full of mold. Now I had been noticing the place going down hill for some time but it is easy to overlook things until they all add up at some point. I was curious when I got home that night and checked the web to see if it was just me but I found it was not. They have numerous bad review all saying the same things I have noticed. Even the Better Business B. has given Jeepers an ""F"" rating! Sure it's cheap, but still not worth it. Example, they have 8-9 rides but usually only two ride workers. These workers will rotate from ride to ride but it can be 1-2 hours before any one ride is opened up. I tried to talk with the manager regarding my concerns but he was rude and dismissive, taking a ""I don't care"" attitude. Cons: Dirty, Unprofessional, Unsafe! more

Limited rides which are very dirty and not maintained well. Many of the 'bump cars' were broken and sitting in middle of car area. We had to wait for staff to show up at a ride if we wanted to ride. Same person was handling many different rides so there was a wait. There were no more than 20 kids there (12 in our group) and still there was not enough staff. No birthday party going on over the weekend? Something is seriosuly wrong with this place. Staff didn't seem to care if your child was old enough to ride on a particular ride. I saw little kids on rides where only 42"" and above were allowed.\r \r Anyway, I got home and was checking their food inspection rating and saw this comment. ""LUNCHEON MEATS DATED IN JANUARY NOT DISCARDED"" and this comment was in march!! They were selling two months old meat? Yikes! I want to thr0w up so bad.\r \r Please don't take your kids to this place. Cons: Not a place for kids. Dirty!! more
