Jamba Juice has a great variety of smoothies. I am especially impressed by their lighter versions and the newer ones that are all fruit (allows you get five servings of fruit in one glass). They are rather expensive, however if you have one for breakfast or lunch, it's really not that much. They just opened a new branch near my office, and I'm very pleased. more

great taste 4/16/2006

The smoothies at Jamba Juice have always been great. They have a strawberry and banana smoothie that is just phenomenal. I generally do not have them add any of the boosters to them. Their prices are somewhat expensive when you consider what you're getting, but they're very in line with other smoothie places, especially ones close to the UT campus. A good place to get a liquid breakfast. more

Gritty, not the best 4/16/2006

I find Jamba Juice's smoothies to be a bit gritty. I'm not exactly sure what it is about the smoothie. I have had them without the boost, and it helps a little, but the smoothie still tastes a little. . .unsmooth. A little pasty to me. They do have a wide selection of flavors to choose from, though. However, it does seem busy when I go in (my boyfriend loves them), so it must be just me who finds the smoothies a little off. more

Delicous and refreshing fruit smoothies 3/27/2006

Jamba juice has some of the most refreshing smoothies in town. If you're looking for a quick picker upper and for an alternative to soft drinks, then Jamaba Juice is the place to go. They make all smoothies once you order them and they are made to your specifications. the prices are a bit steep, but they are so worth it because this isn't a can of sugar and syrup that you are buying. They are located on the corner of the gateway shopping center, by Whole Foods. Parking can be kind of a pain, but oh well, you might as well park far and walk! more
