I am not the kind of person to go out of my way to eat fruit or take vitamins, or in any way ensure that I get the right kind of nutrition. So I like that I can go to Jamba Juice and they will make me one of their many concoctions and hand it to me, and then all I have to do is drink it and feel like I'm actually consuming something healthy! One of their smoothies can be good for breakfast, for a snack, for dessert, or just because! I especially like the ones with yogurt in them. They are also pretty good about getting you in and out of there - long lines go down pretty fast.
