Bought several Jaguars at this dealership over about a 10 year span and must say that the buying experience and subsequent service has been second to none. Elaine and Sean in Sales and Mike and Lori in Service, all make you feel like family. Highly recommended. more

Horrible Service Center 4/4/2011

Bought our Rover there. Great buying experience, only to get roped in by their slime ball service center trying to make every dollar they can on you. Mike, Lori, some of the worst service advisors I have ever had to deal with. Bought your car there? Guess what your getting when you hand them your 75,000 car? Yup you guessed it right a dodge neon at best. Don't expect good service, or honorable people here. Go across the street to inskip and get your self a nice car from nice people. Or make the journey north or south and go to a honorable Range Rover dealership. This place is horrible. more

Corp Manager 12/11/2010

Jake Kaplans has been known to me for 31 years. My experiences were all nothing short of "stellar", from their Management Staff, Sean, their Sales Rep Elaine, Service Mike. I have always come out stating I will be back, to buy another SUV or Car. Their efforts and heart, for us this past 3 months have been beyond expectations. You guys ROCK. more

thfathers name was jake the slippery snakeey are the most dishonest people i wouldnt wish what elaine and sherry kaplain did to me cost me fifty thousand dollars liars thiefs the apple doesnt fall far from the tree they called father jake the slippery snake they should spend all the money they make on medicine for them and family shame on them more
