Abusive Service 1/18/2009

I stopped in for coffee the other day & witnesssed some of the worst customer service ever. One of the employees (or owner?) was loud, rude, & abrasive toward customers. The atmosphere (according to their own promotion) is supposed to be ""slow and tranquil"", but was anything but. The coffee may be good, but I'm staying away.
