I am getting married in July and Jacques Pastry Shop is making my cake. I had a cake tasting with the owner and she is soooo wonderful. They give you large pieces of cake for food...

I am getting married in July and Jacques Pastry Shop is making my cake. I had a cake tasting with the owner and she is soooo wonderful. They give you large pieces of cake for food tasting and not little small pieces like some other cake shops. She made the experience so easy and memorable for me and my family and I had a wonderful time. I cannot wait to see how my cake looks like!! Thank you Jacques for a wonderful experience!! more

It is Holiday time and the only place to go is Jacques! 11/17/2007

When we were married in 2000 we had Jacques make the cakes,(Wedding and Grooms) ,people still remember how beautiful and amazingly good they were. Now for holidays,birthdays, christenings, any special occasion, only place to go and again people still rave about how good they are. Great way to make the in laws happy!! more

The best cakes in the state! 6/30/2006

As a wedding DJ, I have cake almost every weekend and there is nothing that compares to the consistently excellent cakes from Jacques. We eat cake that tastes like dust balls, disgustingly sweet cake that gives you the shivers, bad cake, ok cakes.... but a Jacques cake - now THAT is cake! Don't waste your money on any others - Jacques reigns supreme!! more

amazing wedding cakes 4/13/2006

Jacques Pastries makes the most amazing wedding cakes. They are located in southern NH, but they do weddings all over NH and even in Boston MA. They take excellent care of you throughout the entire process. During your tasting appointment they give you a nice big slice of cake, along with little cups of the various fillings and flavorings so that you can decide what you like. Their artistic designs are beautiful, and their web site photo gallery makes it easy to research and choose! They deliver with care - not a mark on the frosting, the cake arrived in perfect shape! more

Jacques Pasteries is the best in the area, probably the northeast. The butter cream frosting on their cakes, the artistic talents of the cake decorators, the creative design for wedding cakes, and the fantastic taste and variety of fillings are without peer in the bakery business. My wedding cake came from here over a decade ago; my daughter's wedding cake came from here; birthday cakes come from here annually. When you want the best Jacques' isthe ONLY place to go. more
