Disappointment 8/13/2009

The worst part of this visit - the attempt to control me by dropping the Steinway name all the time, like that somehow blessed all the out of tune junk they had on their showroom floor around it. Pros: They carry Steinway Cons: They don't even tune them!! more

High prices and pushy salespeople - AND BAD PIANOS TO BOOT 2/14/2009

I do not generally make negative comments, but my experience made me run away. Nothing was very playable as I could not find a tuned piano in the place. I do NOT recommend this piano store... EVER! more
