The worst attorney ever I've seen She and her new partner Mr. Lowes! They filed a wrong information through that lousy assistant Haydee, and for some reason it seems to me that the assistant is the only one who get the work done and they don't even bother to check after the mess she create even though she is a useless person and know nothing about working in an attorney office. No one showed up with me in my naturalization interview, and they gave me a lousy reason that I didn't get arrested so I don't need my attorney with me. They counted the days I spend in the US wrong and put me through a trouble of re-applying again. I don't advise any one to hier them because they will end up with a bigger problem. more

I will never end thanking Andrea for the excellent job she made for me and my family to get our Green Cards. My case was somehow complicated due to a lot of technicalities and job situation, where Andrea put all of her knowledge and expertise to work for me. She never made a promise when she would not have control of the situation which is common in immigration matters. She always gave me honest answers, although sometimes they were not the ones I wanted to hear. She always played by the book. She proved that by following the rules, but at the same time using all legal resources immigration law has, it is possible to success, like she did for me and my family. After more than ten years, once in a while I call or email her to say hello, and she always answer back with some personalized words, asking for me and my family by each individual name. When planning to move to the USA from Holland I first contacted a company in Holland to help me with a business VISA. They were about to charge me over 25,000 dollar in fees plus I needed to put down something like 150,000 dollar. I ended up with a much lower expense and didn't have to put down over 150,000 dollar, all because of the wide knowledge of Andrea Jacobs. I was directed to Ms. Jacobs when I was considering applying for permanent residency. From the first meeting I was made to feel welcomed by Ms. Jacobs and her staff and never felt rushed. I was extremely disappointed with the service that Ms. Jacobs and her firm provided me. She seemed very professional before I retained her services, and after that, it all went downhill. Ms. Jacobs handled my girlfriend's immigration case, and it was denied by immigration and naturalization service because either she or her staff failed to file the papers in a timely manner. The entire experience with this lawyer and her staff was one frustaration and aggravation after another. Her staff would often give me incomplete answers to my questions. And Ms. Jacobs was very rarely available to answer any questions. She really seemed like Jekyl and Hyde from before I retained her to after. Not to mention her staff acted like they were doing me a favor just taking my calls. We ended up hiring another lawyer to file an appeal, which we won. The process was already stressful enough, and Ms. Jacobs and her rude staff made it worse by not communicating with us throughout the process. Find a proper lawyer elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake we did. more
