I was moving to Boston for work and had to get apartment under lease by the time I got there, staying in a hotel was not an option for me. I thought it was going to be a @#$$t of a challenge and they might not be able to pull through in my short deadline. John Dimarco was able to provide me listings in my budget and with the easy video tour I was able to see what I would be leasing without having to fly see them personally. They are true to form, very glad. more

Debbie is really knowledgeable, but more importantly friendly as they get. We were looking for a 2 person, and the first place fell through. Although we were pretty bummed, within hours Debbie called us with more places to look at, all within our budget. She is great and unlike other realtors understands what the word ""budget"" means.? more

I have only worked with one realtor from Jacob Realty, but I would never change to anyone else after working with her. I used Sophia P. when moving to the Boston area and had such a great experience that I use her again this year when re-locating to a new apartment in the Boston area. more

The agents are easy to work with and they work with you as well. I had an emergency situation where I needed to find a place to live as soon as possible and they helped me through it. They found my place fast and it was in my price range. more
