Everytime I come here I do not have to wait to be seen. The staff is over the top nice and friendly. My pain has significantly decreased since I have started coming here. The even have a support group for people with pain. I recommend this place to anyone with pain. more

The lowest I could give is 1 star. The staff in this center are rude, offensive and could give a happy rat's ass about you as the patient. This is a assembly line money making machine. If you want "care" - Then avoid this place like the plague. more

I suffered a back injury this Christmas while visiting family in Ohio. I was referred to the Spine Center by my PCP. My first appointment was Jan. 16th of this year. The physician who saw me was patient friendly, and stated he wanted an MRI and to be fitted for a back brace. This is Jan 23rd, a full 7 days after my intial appointment, and I have YET to receive an appointment for my MRI and/or back brace. I, like many people, need to return to work, but cannot until the Spine Center releases me. After multiple calls to the Spine Center, they simply stated they were waiting for "dictation" from the MD, and many other inane "requirements". The office staff is cold, uncaring, and could give a rat's behind if your needs are met. They are rude on the phone, and dirty the reputation of the entire center. I have insurance and this is not a money issue. I have had to take matters in my own hands, and seek help elsewhere. My advice to all is------ STEER CLEAR of this spine center. You will NOT be helped, and will recieve NO help from the staff. This verges on medical negligence, and therefore, open for litigation. more

Well after 2 years of prescribing LARGE amounts of Percoset with no regard for reason I am done with this center. This center could be considered the "Fast Food" of medicine, and can easily get a person addicted to prescription medication without care. They may eliminate the pain, but will give you other problems in the process. more
