Awesome paint job - looks like new 5/4/2012

Just got my car back yesterday from Maaco San Juan Ave. They did a fantastic job! My car had major peeling of the clear coat all over the car. Now the paint looks great like when I bought my car new in 2000. I researched all the online reviews and got quotes from all 3 three Jacksonville locations. This location had the best price and best reviews. The Manager, Bill, was great. Both he and the Estimator, Lloyd, provided excellent customer service. Everyone has told me my car looks brand new again. I am thrilled with the job they did and would highly recommend them! Great job at a great price! more

Great Paint Job that did not break the bank 7/2/2011

I had my doubts about a 'cheap' paint job. However, since my car was a government surplus, old decals and all, I figured I had nothing to lose. Bill and his techs did a great job. The car looks great, and the paint job is flawless. I have walked around the car many times, looking for imperfections, but have found none. For $299, I feel like I ahve a new car/ more

Would Go Back - Great Work 3/2/2011

Had to get 2 good size dents and part of my side scoop repaired on my mustang. They did it right away and got it back in 2 days. The work done was great...looked like new. The only con was that the inside was wiped down with alot of Amour All so the radio, seats and console felt greasy. Other than that. I would recommend having worked done here. Also speak with Bill. He's the Manager. Great customer service by him. more

I will never refer maaco to anyone. 3/16/2007

I took my car to this maaco at 7:30 am on a monday morning to have my front & back bumpers replace and a paint job done. The employees assured me that my car would have been ready on thursday afternoon, which that was when i needed my car back. When i called on thursday to check the status my car, it had not been painted yet and it wasn't going to be ready until friday if that. Then i got real mad and wanted to speak to a manager, but he was not available. The clerk on the phone had a real nasty attitude and the only thing i want to know was a time frame to have a ride to get my car. After that experience i would never refer anybody to maaco on san juan as long as i live. more

Good Job at a great price! 6/6/2005

After having a very poor experience with another Maaco store, I took my car to this location for a paint job. The owner lived up to his word that my car would be ready at the time we agreed upon and it looked fantastic for the price. Everyone thought I had bought a new car! I did not purchase the most expensive deal & in fact used a local Mint magazine coupon so I received a discounted rate. Good job for a great price - will do business with them again when the need arises. PROS: Prompt service, good job. CONS: Did not remount my car's dealer lettering (Prelude) more
