JaxBJJ has been an incredible help to me. I followed the sport of MMA for a long time and had always wanted to somehow get involved, but assumed since I was out of shape that I could never do it. I met with Professor Shealy and watched a Jiu Jitsu class and the next day came back and attended one. Since that time I have begun training 4 to 5 times a week and feel better about myself than I ever have before. I won't go to the extent of saying I'm now the most fit person in the gym, but I am far better off than I was before I started. Professor Shealy motivates me to want to succeed and Brian Tyle the Muay Thai instructor is the same way. JaxBJJ is like a home to me and I look forward to going back week after week.
