AWFUL service, very unprofessional!!!!!!!! smells horrible, all of the staff is rude. go anywhere but here!!! argued with me on the phone for absolutely no reason. i wanted a prescription for petmeds, and they said they gave me 12 months worth of heartworm pills in april (but they only gave me 6) then accused me of giving them to other dogs. it was just ridiculous. more

Great staff and affordable 1/26/2010

I called the animal hospital at 6:45 am on Sunday morning b/c my cat Burn had cut his paw badly on a table he broke while chasing flies. The doctor offered to meet us immediately at the hospital. He did not over charge and my baby was back and healthy in 1 day. Pros: He saved my kitties life more

Holiday Emergency 7/14/2009

I would call Dr. Misak an "Ol Country Doc". Our family dog got hit by a car on Christmas day, Dr. Misak returned my call and met us at his office. The dog had a broken leg and some internal damage. I could tell he has a true concern for the pet. The dog stayed at the hospital for 6 or 7 days and today you could never tell how bad he was injured and close to death. When I got the bill I noticed we were only charged for the service, there was no extra charge involved with meeting us on Christmas Day. UNBELIEVABLE more

I have used them for over 20 years and have had good service. They carry pet food, leashes and stuff so I do not have to make a jillion stops. I pay a bit more, but my pet is worth it. Sometimes the bottom line is not about the money for a service. The Dr and staff try to be helpful and explain what is going on. more

Great for pet owner's on a budget 4/26/2008

The Jacksonville Animal Hospital was very clean, kept up sort of place. The vet's took great care of my dog and cats and did so within a reasonable price range. It has to be the best value of care for the price they charge. The only problem I had was that they do not offer very many types of Heartworm medication for dogs. I didn't get to choose so much as have it already chosen for me. I wish they carried a couple different products for it. Otherwise it was a great experience for me and my pets. Pros: Parking, Service, Price, Cleanliness Cons: Lack of Variety more
