Jackson's Body Shop

We had been involved in a hit and run accident, and I took our car over to Jackson's Body Shop. They looked at it and contacted my insurance company. I didn't have to do anything because they handled everything for me. They even gave me a free rental car, provided by them, to drive until my vehicle was completed. The work was great, and the car looked great when we got it back. I also used Jackson's Body Shop for my truck. My wife had an accident in my truck, and when they were done it looked as though it had never been in a wreck. They are always excellent to work with. They are family-oriented, and they treat you like they have known you forever. I would highly recommend anyone who needed that sort of service to contact them. John Sisco more

Unfortunately, I've had to have my car fixed a few times over the years from various accidents and such. Fortunately, Jackson's Body Shop is the the place I go to get the work done. I think so highly of Jackson's. They make things better, they turn a bad experience into a fabulous experience! They are always courteous, honest and do really good work there. They did such a beautiful job on my car, you never would know by looking at it that I had been front ended and rear ended at the same time! I was pretty upset when we found out our Engine Caster was bent. I was especially upset when I found out we were going to have to go to a body shop to have it repaired. The Firestone location recommended Jackson's Body shop to us, so I went in there. From the moment I walked in the door, till the time I was finished, I never felt unhappy. They did my quote, and even after it took a little longer than expected and a few parts were needed, they stuck by the quote. The whole time I had a loaner vehicle that they let me use, and they treated me fantastically. When you walk in the lobby they have popcorn and drinks, including capri-suns for kids. Jackson's Body Shop is fast and efficient. They responded to my call right away and got me an appointment for the next day. The work only took a few days. It was done in a timely fashion, if not sooner than what they had told me. They did excellent work, and there were no flaws. I highly recommend their services. I have been going to Jackson's Body Shop for over 10 years. They are always friendly as can be, fast, and courteous. They also offer a loner car, which is awesome. I had known Susan Hopkins for a while, so when I had an accident, I called Jackson's Body Shop. They did a good job with my truck. You cannot even tell it had been damaged, and everyone was very polite. They run a good body shop. more

I had asked for a repair to rear wheel - passenger side paint area while my car was there for other repairs. I was told it had been done and noticed the next day that it hadn't been. Still the extra cae taken by Jackson's - interior detail and looking at driver's seat are very much appreciated. more

Mike Hopkins is a close family friend of mine. Not only that, he always does great work. He's done some body work after accidents for me. I've used him at least ten times, for me and for my family. He just does really good work and he works fast. I would just say that they are very honest, hardworking, and can get you in and out of there pretty fast, with quality work. more
