I went to jackson tire on tuesday,I needed a patch for my tire and i had about 1 hour for lunch. Nobody was working or donig anything and the front desk manager told me you can come back later or go to BIG-O tires nextdoor, I had to go to big-o tires where they fixed my tire in seconds for free, Now i know where im getting all my services done at. Watch who you put out in the front desk, There making the other businesses better.......Dont waste your time.. more

OMG! Dont go to Jackson Tire. I stopped by with a flat tire at about 5 minutes before they closed. There was a young man by the name Phil who came out to tell me sorry were closed, I told them," you cant just fix my tire it just needs a patch, but he said sorry w are closing and told me Big -O tires stays open long to go there and is cheaper anyways,. If this was my business and my employee told someone that next door is cheaper and will help you, Then my employee will be fired. To the BIG BOSS at the Jackson Tire you shouln't have Phil as your employee. He makes your shop look bad!!!!! more

I stopped by jackson Tire looking for the price of new tires, I stood at the front desk waiting for the man stting on his ass to help me, I believe his name was Phil, He sat there playing around on the internet for about 2 minutes, until he tells me to hold on. I was like hold on your not doing anything. The owner of this place should take a second look at who he puts at the front desk. It means alot to have someone greet you with Hi What can i do for you instead of waiting for awhile to hear Hold On!!!!!! Anyways i went next door where they helped me fast and i got what i needed. GO TO BIG-O TIRES NEXT DOOR! more
