Green fees are too high for a course of this quality. It's not very well maintained - greens, fairways, cart paths, restaurant, or restrooms. Other local courses (King and Snohomish county) are a much better value, and are in much better shape. I can play McCormick Woods for the same price (weekdays), and it's a great course - like comparing a BMW to a Volkswagen. Walter Hall in Everett is in better shape, has paved cart paths, clean restrooms, and costs less than Jackson.
