Please do not make the same mistake I did and read all these negative comments and ignore them. I really doubted that the service was that bad, but wow was I wrong. I took my Suzuki RM 125 cylinder to them to get it bored out. After we dropped it off and they told us that it would only take 2 weeks tops to be finished. Litterally 31 days later the cylinder is sitting at Massey right now (because appearently Jackson Motorsports doesn't even trust they're mechanics enough to let them bore a cylinder) the cylinder is finished (they called JMS yesterday) and sitting there collecting dust because they won't go get it and I can't go get it from Massey. I wouldn't even take my bicycle to them to get the tire changed because it would take 3 weeks. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. And whoever was bragging on Patrick Renfroe must be related to him because he is cocky and arrogant. He wasn't helpful and all he did was smart off to the guy who was trying to help us. more

worst bike shop ever 10/22/2010

i also took my gsxr 600 to jackson motor sports in pearl ms, to get a new tire and a oil change. THREE weeks later when i got my bike back,ther is a knocking sound in the moter. that was not there before i droped it off. Knowing they messed something up they will not man up to it. (people) PLEASE take your bikes or any other equipment to somebody who cares about your vehicles.cause clearly they could care less. more

Worst Ever 8/31/2010

I purchased my bike and when I came to get it serviced the guys behind the counter were more fascinated with the shiny things in the store than doing their job or having any knowledge in replacement parts. When I FINALLY spoke with someone who knew anything about anything the mechanic!! He got the part. For the first service I dropped it off and it took three weeks intolerable and they were not backed up at all and my bike was just filthy in the back in under a tree looked almost like no one had touched it at all since I dropped it off. The bike was still not fully serviced, after they called and said it was, and needed a recall issue fixed with I will call you later from the mechanic which never happened!! I even contacted the Manufacture to establish what the issue was and giving them my vin# they stated that a inquiry was never filed to get the replacement part. WOST PLACE EVER!! more

Well i don't know where J.M.S. found there counter guy Patrick Renfro but he is awesome knows everything about the business and goes above and beyond to help the customer. Even if the rest of the staff are lazy about a few things this guy is not. So the change of staff and them hiring Patrick Renfro has really brought about a new opinion in my book about Jackson Motor Sports. It is amazing what one guy can bring to a companies image. Thanks Patrick for everything!!!!!! more

BE AWARE!!! BAD BAD SERVICE 3/23/2009

We took our 4-wheeler in for a gas leak. We were told it would be complete within a week. Week after week it was excuse after excuse, no return phone calls, etc. FINALLY 2 months later we called and they said it was fixed, EXCEPT they discovered a gas leak. That is what we took it in for. Well of course they said they could order a part, which we declined, we would like to use our 4-wheeler before the end of summer. So a couple of hundred dollars later, and we still have the same problem. THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT take your 4-wheeler to Jackson Motor Sports. more

Pleasantly Surprised 10/7/2008

I went to Jackson Motor Sports just to look at a GSXR750. I was not going to buy a bike. but the young lady along with staff was very helpful. They were very quick in getting paper work ready. Was not hassle at all....I read reviews about the business before I went to look. Much to my surprise, it was better than I thought. I will always use JMS. more

bad sales 7/8/2008

I have been looking at their Sea-doo watercraft for about a week. There sales staff seems lazy and not interested in helping. I will never call stop by or call them again. They are a sorry excuse for a business. Try another place if you need and atv or watercraft. more

I purchased a 2007 Can-Am Outlander 800 Max XT four wheeler from Jackson Motor Sports in November of last year. The whole purchasing process was great with no complaints at all. Delight turned to despair when I took it in for an insurance estimate. I was told the estimate would only take a couple of days. A couple of days turned into a couple of weeks and after 4 1/2 weeks I was fed up with the delays and excuses. I told my insurance adjuster that I was not going to call J.M.S. again, I was done! They gave my insurance adjuster the run-around for about a week and a half before finally coming up with the estimate. I went to pick it up and they wanted to fix it. I said "NO friggin way!" It took 6 weeks just to get an estimate! How long would it take to fix it, 6 months? more

I have filed a complaint with Suzuki and the BBB of MS. against Jackson Motor Sports. Freddy Monsour owns the place and called me a liar, would not even talk to me about my problem and threatened me when I tried to talk to him. I payed his business $713 to fix my four wheeler and he did not fix it. I had to pay someone else another $700 to fix it again. His rankings with Suzuki are poor and his past record shows why. I would not wish him on my enemy. more
