My husband and I went here once. We didn't like the way we were shuttled in like cattle and rushed.
We have fairly complicated tax returns due to owning property and a business and it takes time to go through everything. We felt rushed throughout and like they may have missed something that could save us some cash.
The prices for tax preparation were high but they all are. They were cheaper than H & R Block but not by a whole lot.
While H & R at least took their time with us and made us feel as though they were being very thorough, this place made us on edge.
We left wondering if our return would be kicked back to to being incomplete or having errors. For the record, the return went through with no problem.
I don't really recommend this place as there are so many qualified tax preparers who will take time with you and go through things line by line if need be and make you feel you have covered all the basis.
