I was a customer of Jackson Hewitt in Plainfield, and they went out of business. I had to search all over creation, including this office to try to find help to answer some quest...

I was a customer of Jackson Hewitt in Plainfield, and they went out of business. I had to search all over creation, including this office to try to find help to answer some questions. What a joke. You cannot get any one on the phone, you cannot get an appointment, and its basically a hassle. I ultimately went to Tax John, and it was a totally difference experience. Excellent all around. They answered my questions and fixed the problems that Jackson Hewitt caused me. Call them at (908) 490-1500. more
