Don't trust them! KEEP AWAY! 3/27/2006

I went to get my taxes done and the person that prepared them didn't even know the difference between an account number and a check number. The poor guy could barely read the questions to me! That should've been a sign to get me out of there. After all was said and done, I haven't been able to enjoy my refund, since they sent it to the wrong account number, AFTER they assured me it would NOT happen and everything was taken care of. Not even the manager was helpful! Cons: expensive, innepts, liars more
