Completely unprofessional group of women here this year. Answering cell phones and holding conversations while doing my return. Talking and complaining loudly to one another. Did not ask me about vehicle tax deduction. I was so disgusted, after she was “done” doing my half-a$$ return, I opted out of filing and I am taking my business elsewhere. Never to return again. more
