I used this service for about five years and last year they made a mistake and said that they could only pay late charges to the IRS and that I was still responsible for any mistakes. I think jacksn hewitt is too expensive and when they make mistakes their gaurantee doesn't really help you out. They said the person that made the mistake no longer works there. Go somewhere else, because I have heard from others that the same thing has happend a lot. more
