I uaually take my taxes to a CPA, but I figured I'd give Jackson Hewitt a try to save a little money in fees. The person that helped me was Russ. He was very knowledgable. I think he was the manager. He mentioned wsomething about a rapid refund, but I didn't want to pay the extra fees. I ended up getting my refund much faster than I did with my CPA and paying half of the price. I won't pay those CPA fees anymore. It's not worth it. Especially if you purchase the Gold Guarantee they have that covers any mistakes up to 5,000 bucks. All in all, I would definitely recommend doing your taxes with Russ. Although, try and schedule an appointment we had to wait because he was busy. I guess everyone else had the same idea. more
