We had Jackson as our agency for about a year, and when we got into a car accident, it was a pain trying to get any information as to what was going on with our claim. It took more than 2 months to finally get everything done. They didnt make us a priority, they didnt try to push anything through for us, it made me feel like just another customer. Way to many problems that didnt need to exist.
