After buying from all the "she-she" places all over the country, I finally found a bakery who has a top quality product for a reasonable price. I have spent $60-80 too many times...

Still Loving This Bakery 5/1/2009

Just recently I needed a last minute cake. I called them around 9 a.m. and it was ready by 2 p.m. made just the way I had asked. It was fresh and adorable! I'm also addicted to their creme horns! I LOVE THIS BAKERY!! more

Outstanding Bakery 3/8/2007

You can't go wrong with Jackson Bakery! I ordered my Wedding cake from them, and they had me hooked! I still have family that brags on how my cake was the best wedding cake they ever saw and ate! I order all of my special occasion cakes from them right over the phone. I love this Bakery so much, I don't even have to view the cake first. I always know that the cake will be fresh, beautiful and perfect! more

Great quality 11/11/2005

You can really tell that everything here is made fresh. The delightful smell when you walk in is the first indicator. The second is the fact that this bakery is always busy. There are always at least half a dozen people picking up orders and placing new ones. The cookies are great and my kids always have to get at least one box of thumbprint cookies when we go here. more

The best thumbprint cookies in chattanooga 8/12/2005

ok, now i know i said federal bakery has the best cake but Jackson bakery has the best thumbprint cookies ever. They have great cakes but I love this bakery for their cookies. They are located on road past Eastgate mall in the strip mall next to the hancock fabric store. Try it you will love it. more

Yummy Treats from this Bakery 7/25/2005

Jackson Bakery is one of a few long established bakeries in Chattanooga. They are in a convenient location with ample parking. The store is small, but packed on three sides with cookies and goodies ready to take home. Their best offerings are their cakes. They do wedding cakes, birthday cakes, cakes for any occasion. The cakes are always moist and the icing is not too rich. While you're in to pick up the cake you ordered, don't forget to grab a few cookies or pastries as well! more
