yeah, jack tends to come off as a bit of a jerk most of the time, But he does have some of the cheapest prices around. You WILL have to pull the parts off yourself; and if you don't have the tools and the knowledge to do so, I suggest you go next door, where the people are kinder, gentler and willing to charge you twice as much. As for the people at Jack's not being very helpful, courteous, or even knowing for sure what parts they actually have; Jack's turns cars over every few minutes, it is a very very busy place. Every time I've been there, the car crusher was running all day long. To get the part you need, its usually a matter of, "well the chevy section is over that way, go look and find a car that looks like yours" I get the impression that they're making more money off scrap metal than selling parts!
