I think the people that give 5 stars are really hungry or work there!! Food is mediocre and the service is terrible!! They don't care about quality or customers. Chicken tenders are like big chicken nuggets, gross. I have had problems with my last two pizza orders. One was delivered with all the wrong toppings and I had to wait another hour for the right order. The next time I ordered Pizzas with 4 toppings and they forgot one. When I called to let them know, they were very rude denied it, and told me they had to wait for the driver to get back to see what the GrubHub order said. Totally ridiculous since I ordered the 2 for 1 4 topping special. I told them I would never order from them again and she said "OK whatever" an hung up on me. The food isn't that good to put up with the aggravation. more

I've been ordering Jacks thru GrubHub for a very long time, this is the first time I have been SO disappointed. I ordered 2 cheese dogs, I received 1 cheese, 1 reg. hot dog...Not only that, but EVERYTHING I ordered was VERY cold, so disappointed!!!!! more

Every time I order from Jacks something gets messed up. Either they can't find my place before my food gets cold, they screw up the billing or they screw up my order. I will never order from them again. more

on sunday march the 18th my gf and i ordered 2 carne asada burritos, the menu stated they came with lettuce, tomatoe, and mozzarella cheese, but it said nothing about beans. when we got them they both had beans on them and barely had any lettuce or tomatoes or cheese. the steak was real salty and the onion rings we ordered were cold. this is the second time i've ordered from them and so far i have had 2 bad experiences 1 more and im done with them. more
