Unbelievable Sewing Machine Department! 11/3/2010

Good: Very knowledgeable, well trained staff. they know the product they are promoting and they are very fair with prices and never make you feel pressured.. Bad: Sometimes so busy that you have to wait a while to actually spend your money!! But the wait is worth it... The only part that I really don't like is the lack of parking on busy days and how crowded it can be on sale days!. Improvements: Another classroom for the store. One large enough to accommodate the really big classes and seminars.. more

Tons of fabric 4/17/2006

This place has every possible fabric you could imagine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a ton of fabrics to select from and several other tools of the trade that you would need. They will answer any questions you might possibly have about any project you are working on. They also offer different classes on sewing and quilting.Excellent all around. more

I can't say enough about this awesome specialty fabric store. The products are top notch and not the awful quality of reproductions sold at other chains. more
