This is THE WORST Jack In The Box that I have been too, close second is in Kent on Central. The staff really do not seem to want to be there and the food reflects. Cold food, the manager asked me, "what can I do about it that's how they made it........". Nuff said. more

Jack in the Box (Restaurant - Renton Highlands) 2/27/2006

I eat a lot of fast food. I'm a fan of cheap but good. I'm also a fan of customisable food. While many fast food places allow you to customise I end up having to go back and have things fixed almost half the time. I almost never have this issue at the Jack in the Box off of NE 4th street in the Renton highlands. I will often times go out of my way to get a burger there. I don't think I've ever had a problem with messed up orders while ordering from ther drive through. Though I must give a fair warning and let you all know that they tend to focus on their drive threw customers. The only orders I have ever had messed up were at times that I went inside to order. So if you want it customised, fast and right then I'd suggest this specific Jack in the box. more
