I enjoy going to jack in the box, great food and the staff are so nice, Daryl is one of many who always greets with a smile, people need to understand their job before pass judgement, it's hard to serve thousands of people and not make a mistake, but we do care, fast and friendly is all we want and jack in the box does well. more

Jack in The Box 4/13/2006

I love Jack in The Box. They have a lot of variety on their menu. My only problem with them is that they are slow. They are really slow in my opinion. If I ordered something unusual, I would expect slowness. But I don't, and I still have to wait a long time for their food. But the food is good, and so I keep coming. One other thing: friendliess of the store. It reeks of unfriendliness. Only once have they been rude to me. But they are not courteous, much less friendly. more

Jack In the Box 4/9/2006

I love going to Jack in the Box. They are one of the best fast food stores in this area. I like the food, but I don't like the employees that much. They don't seem to care to be serving me. They seem not to care that I am a customer. Although there have been many instances that food was prepared wrong, most of the time it did get corrected to my satisifaction. The times they weren't were times I went through the drive-thru and didn't notice the problem until I got home. I do recommend this place because of the food. more

Jack In the Box 4/8/2006

Jack in The Box is a great place to go for fast food. They have Mexican as well as American menu items, and a whole lot more. I love their tacos. They are 2/ $1.00, and that's very cheap for tacos. They also have fish, and I love their fish. Many go there for their salads, but I don't care for their salads at all. I like the way I am treated at this restaurant. On the times I have had a problem, they've corrected them right away. Great food at great prices. What more can you ask for? more

Jack In the Box can be a great fast food restaurant if it wants to be. What I mean is I have gone in there and everything was right, and then I have gone in there and everything was wrong. All fast food places have these moments. It's the way the complaints are handled. For instance, I got a cheesecake and started eating it and it was molded. The manager took the cheesecake and said it wasn't mold. She then kept the cheesecake and didn't even offer my money back or anything. I ended up leaving mad. It's times like these that can make or break a fast food restaurant because if they do it to one, they'll do it to others. more
