Jack in the Box on Frank Street has the slowest service ever. You seriously have to wait at least 10 sometimes 15 minutes on an order for one. Once you get the food it's still hot...

awful sevice and awful food 4/10/2011

Went through the drive through and ordered and the woman working would not let me finish a sentence. She was very short and rude. After waiting behind one vehicle for thirty minutes I got my food and the window slammed when I asked to speak with the manager. My food was cold and wet for some reason and I was too scared to eat it. I'm never going back. more

Slow Service-Ok Food 8/2/2006

Jack in the Box on Frank Street has the slowest service ever. You seriously have to wait at least 10 sometimes 15 minutes on an order for one. Once you get the food it's still hot but it's either made wrong, not what you ordered, or doesn't taste the best. I will give it that they do have the best Sourdough Jacks, fries, Texas Cheeseburger, and Bacon and Cheddar Potato wedges but everything else there I have tried has not been the best. Maybe I always go at a bad time or something but I would say this place is okay. If you go I hope you have a better experience than I did. more

Jack in the box 7/17/2006

Jack in the Box on Frank street didn't impress me at all. I had gone through the drive through and they were out of what I wanted to order. Since I was already in the drive through there was really no way that I was gonna sit in that line without ordering something cause I couldn't get out cause there were cars in front of me and cars behind me. I was a little bit frustrated. more
